简　　介  

　　奥斯丁（埃米尔·赫斯基 Emile Hirsch 饰）和父亲汤米（布莱恩·考克斯 Brian Cox 饰）同为镇上的验尸官，某天早晨，刑警谢尔顿（迈克尔·麦克埃尔哈顿 Michael McElhatton 饰）送来了一具知名女尸，希望汤米和奥斯丁可以在天亮之前弄清楚她身上的奥秘。
　　希奇的是，这具女尸身上没有任何的淤青或伤口，但是她的内脏和骨骼却遍体鳞伤，很明显生前遭到了残暴的凌虐。在剖解的进程中，难以用科学诠释的谜团越来越多，应战着汤米丰富的经历和洽奇心，而屋外忽然降下的暴雨亦给这个不服凡的早晨带来了一丝阴森的氛围。行迹诡异的人影，忽近忽远的脚步，似真似幻的可怕风景，很快，父子两人便发现，他们要做的最重要的工作并不是解开女尸之谜，而是尽快的逃离她，逃得越远越好。
