　　都灵城里，几个年轻人的生活相互交织但一时没有了解的事理。安托内利尖塔上，国家电影博物馆的治理员马提诺（Giorgio Pasotti 饰）沉醉在私人的电影天下中，他似乎因在影象中浸淫太久而显得沉默木讷，为了见到心仪的快餐伙计阿曼达（Francesca Inaudi 饰），马提诺每夜采办自己毫无爱好的汉堡。阿曼达的男友——绰号“天使”（Fabio Troiano 饰）的偷车贼没有更多的精神陪伴女友，这使阿曼达对死板生活的忍受终究到达极限，用热水烫伤了司理，慌不择路的阿曼达躲进电影博物馆，由此进入到马提诺沉默但又奇妙的天下：恍如基顿电影中复制出的房间、配角是她的超8电影、梦乡一般的光影幻化……阿曼达被深深感动但还是返回昔日生活，马提诺兴起勇气找到天使，两人决议将挑选权交给阿曼达……
