简　　介  

　　艾玛、梅尔B、梅尔C、维多利亚和杰瑞，她们组成的一支叫做“辣妹组合”的乐队风行年轻人的天下。在司理人克里福德的批示下，他们坐上一辆巴士四周在伦敦陌头做宣传，不停地到各地赶场表演，但是在忙碌的生活事后，五人起头检讨自己的生活态度。
　　虽然贵为明星，可是四人并没有自己的生活空间。他们的好友妮可拉临蓐在即，作为孩子未来的教母，五位热情的女孩为此出格要求把皇家埃布尔厅的表演延期。可是这却遭到了他们司理人克里福德的否决。
　　一边是工作，一边是友谊，这让五个女孩很是忧心。更危险的是，英国某著名报纸为了自己的一己私利，竟计划着制造辣妹们的负面消息，想要把她们从成功的顶峰拉下来。原本辣妹们由于演唱会的工作就忙得焦头烂额，遮天蔽日的负面消息更让她们非常懊恼。可是她们没有想到的是，这些负面消息并不是最致命的，他们正计划着若何阻止辣妹们的演唱会，让她们的歌迷们失望。司理人对于工作的严厉要求，让辣妹们倍感压力，和克里福德之间发生了很严重的冲突。
　　辣妹们不能不服从克里福德的倡议，乘着大巴车继续表演、摄影。但希奇的工作也发生了，没想到辣妹们的名誉连外星人都为之一振。在奔赴表演的路上，五人居然碰到了外星粉丝，并向她们索要签名，这一事务让辣妹们震动不已。接下来的工作加倍辛劳，为了可以给演唱会的舞蹈加入新颖的元素，辣妹们起头接管军事化的练习。工作的压力让辣妹们非常压制，五小我起头深思自己生活的意义。终极她们决议要为自己而活。因而辣妹们来了一次个人大出逃，去看行将临蓐的好友妮克拉。
