　　老兵泰利（塞缪尔·杰克逊 Samuel L. Jackson 饰）面临着行将到来的审判，在审判中，他被控告在一次庇护大使的行动中对示威大众倡议了进犯，致使了近80名手无寸铁的无辜平民丧生。面临这一控告，泰利对峙自己的无辜，由于他晓得那些示威者并非手无寸铁，也是他们首先向大使馆倡议了打击。
