◎简　　介

　　1789年法国大反动前夜，烹饪为贵族专有。究竟上，贵族的名誉完全取决于餐桌上的丰厚及美味水平。所以，当才华横溢但自豪自豪的厨师芒塞龙在尚福尔公爵的晚宴上，自说自话地端上了他自创的菜肴时，他立即就被解雇了。受挫的芒塞龙带着自己儿子去了一家偏僻的旅店，这家旅店平常只会有搭客到访，而且凡是餐食只售卖蔬菜汤。但是当一位奥秘的女人某天来到这里，并暗示愿意付出报答成为芒塞龙的学徒，一个布满欢腾、重新扑灭的豪情、烹饪讲授和复仇的故事就此展开。
