◎简　　介
　　美国中情局干员杰克·雷恩（哈里森·福特 Harrison Ford 饰）再次卷入一场扑朔迷离的贩毒战争当中。因前任陆军上将罹患癌症，雷恩被录用为CIA副局长一职，受命观察美国总统朋友遭毒贩谋杀事务。总统好友及其家人在睡梦中惨遭贩毒团体迫害，为查明真相，雷恩起头清查。但是，雷恩发现其好友居然与哥伦比亚贩毒团有染，不但如此，总统也派出了一支奥秘突击小组对于毒贩团体，并已前往消灭贩毒团体。不明真相的雷恩，不但置身于好处纷争的国际政治诡计当中，更堕入敌友难辨的两难之境。局势演变得愈发扑朔迷离，被蒙在鼓里的雷恩势要以身试险，一探讨竟。                                    
                                本片按照汤姆·克兰西的畅销小说改编而成，是《爱国者游戏》的续集。
