                                电影两款“性暗示”的海报具有欺侮女性的怀疑，不能不从地铁等宣传场所撤出。缘由是这则法国广告自律检查局（ARPP）对其提出了异议 。ARPP是一个官方广告监视机构，并非政府构造。                                    
                                《不忠者》由一系列男性不忠主题的短片组成，导演之一包括了《艺术家》的迈克尔·哈扎纳维希乌斯，演员还有杜雅尔丹的妻子亚历山德拉·拉米以及吉约姆·卡内、吉尔·勒卢什等大牌。
