◎简　　介
　　香港社团“同联顺”众成员赴大陆采办建造伪钞所用电版，归途时其当家骆祥安（张兆辉 饰）为公安捉获，并终极被履行死刑，一时候骆氏遗产的分派成社团中主干阿富（任达华 饰）、阿雄等人注视标焦点。岂料在黄律师（林雪 饰）主持下，遗产尽归骆祥安妻弟丽萍（廖碧儿 饰）、骆祥福一切。阿富等人大感不服，各怀鬼胎，而骆家庶出的儿子阿牛（安志杰 饰）却对这一切看似漠不关心，逐日只与哑妹（蒋璐霞 饰）苦练搏击。未几，黄律师意外身亡，接着骆祥富也死于汽车炸弹，为避免死于遗产争取，骆丽萍将一切财富在遗言中留给慈善构造后，又找到阿牛，以亲情压服他为自己铲除社团列位干部，因而阿牛与哑妹两人敏捷向社团举事，连场血战中，遗产争取战的幕后主使人渐渐浮出水面……
