　　不知从何时起，萧索的苏格兰陌头出现了一个奥秘女子（斯嘉丽·约翰逊 Scarlett Johansson 饰），她身着皮草，驾驶一辆汽车，一本端庄的脸蛋隐约间弥散着摄人魅力。她时不时地与路边的汉子搭赸，向他们问路，间或载着相中的汉子同归。她走向黑暗的劲头，被愿望安排的汉子们紧随厥后，却全然未能发觉自己步入了怎样的深渊。汉子有如自取衰亡，被抽取了骨血，只剩空空皮囊，薄如蝉翼。直到某个早晨，女人搭载了一个边幅极为丑陋的男人。他好像怪物一般，自知丑陋而深深隐藏自己。女人如平常一样采取了他，而从第二天起，似乎女人发现自己在静静发生着变化。她发现了这幅皮囊的可欣赏之处，享用作为女人的兴趣，却几近忘记了原本的脸孔……
