简　　介

　　马蒂（伍迪·哈里森 Woody Harrelson 饰）和拉斯特（马修·麦康纳 Matthew McConaughey 饰）是一对合作多年的同伴，马蒂为人开畅圆滑，在警局的同事里很吃得开，而拉斯特则恰恰相反，他性情孤僻沉默寡言，沉醉在自己的天下中没法自拔。但是，令马蒂感应非常敬佩的是，拉斯特具有极为灵敏强大的观察力、判定力和逻辑推理才能，很多疑问杂案一经他手，便可以被轻松化解。

虽然马蒂是唯逐一个可以受得了拉斯特的人，但两人的合作和友谊却仍然发生了没法填补的裂缝，其缘由要归结到1995年所发生的一路奥秘怪僻的宗教杀人案件当中。现在已经是2012年了，当早已不再联系的两人由于这起案件又重新走到一路之时，会有怎样的真相在期待着他们呢？
