　　岳哥（罗烈 饰）、阿汉（任达华 饰）和阿灿（张学友 饰）是三名为黑道干事的杀手，三人在一路合作了很长的时候，相互之间非常的默契，诞生入死的履历也培育出了坚固的友谊。随着时候的推移，岳哥渐渐的厌倦了杀手这份职业，同事他也担忧自己的所作所为会影响到女儿的平安，因而和警方合作，在一次行动中假死，今后抛头露面起头新的生活。
　　
　　岳哥的死很快就引发了黑帮年老的思疑，因而他派出了阿汉和阿灿对事务停止观察，并叮嘱他们假如碰见了岳哥，要将他杀之尔后快。为了避免他们三人相互偏护，年老绑架了阿灿的女友，以她的人命相威胁。
