　　王凤仪（王祖贤 饰）的父亲王冬（付宏达 饰）是全兴社的老迈，而王凤仪却爱上了身为差人的吕建达（林俊贤 饰），两人之间虽然豪情非常要好，但身处的态度和职位分歧，两人经常会爆发冲突与争持。督查钟秋月（莫少聪 饰）是吕建达的好友，他也被王凤仪的善良和美丽所吸引，不成自拔地坠入情网。 王冬终极还是锒铛入狱，无法之下，他的社团只得由王凤仪来继续。王凤仪不希望社团再做违法的活动，遭到了帮派里各头子标否决。何世昌（龙方 饰）曾是王冬的手下，一向觊觎王凤仪的美貌，终究找到机遇将她玷污。钟秋月得知真相想替王凤仪报仇，没想到却惨遭暗害。
