◎简　　介
　　矶部一家六口人搬到新的屋子，自搬入之日起，矶部家次子笃平的性情便起头发生改变。随着又一次司法考试的失利，笃平在圣诞前夜将母亲、兄长、嫂子以及两个侄女残暴杀戮，随后带着小侄女未来的头颅来到深山野岭，上吊自杀。死前留下了录有怪僻留言的录音带。                                    
                                凶案发生第二天，快递员田宫（铃木裕树 饰）送货至矶部家，在一系列诡异事务后，他发现了凶案现场，却今后被拿着篮球的红色老女的怨灵所纠缠；由于怨灵作怪，未来的小学同学小茜也在凶案越日落空了父亲（宫川一朗太 饰）。这起灭门惨案至此告一段落，但在七年以后，已经上了高中的小茜（南明奈 饰）再次被带回昔日的噩梦当中……                                    
                                本片为日本可骇片《咒怨》系列的十周年数念作品第一部，另一部名为《黑少女》。
