◎幕后揭秘
　　这部影片改编自导演卡特琳·布莱亚自己的小说。影片早在2002年就拍摄完成，但直到2004年才获准放映，公映版本也做了删减。这部影片对峙了导演一向的倔强而又非常小我化的女权主义气概。影片中出现了大量的间接的性描写，并由色情演员实在出演，但这些内容很难挑起观众的愿望。导演试图表达对男性中心的道德观的批评和应战。仆人公以笼统的汉子和女人命名，而原型都来自希腊神话，台词也模仿十八世纪的对白。影片几近没有情节性的变化，只是应用人物的肢体说话来陈说关系。导演以为：“社会对女性的轻忽是惯性的，这就促使我总需要写这样的作品，我总想在他们不经意时提醒他们，这样做很残暴。”
