简　　介  

　　乔·派西饰演渴望踏足好莱坞的倒霉演员占美。在脑筋有点短路的电器天赋威廉帮助下，他们制造了假劫案，然后把劫案的录影带供给给消息界，藉此增加曝光机遇，占美甚至一度以为由他假扮的意警头子确有其人，为之洋洋得意。不意西洋镜逐步被警方和消息界拆穿，有人在医院认出了威廉的真脸孔，因而他们被警方追捕至一家戏院。占美此时想轰轰烈烈地像真的强盗般被射杀，不意警方晓得他枪中没有子弹而没有开仗。
