　　简（凯瑟琳?海格尔 Katherine Heigl 饰）一家人乘飞机去法国尼斯观光，途中怙恃谈起女儿的情事，令她很是不爽。在海滨宾馆的电梯间，简相逢了身着泳装的帅哥斯宾塞（艾什顿?库彻 Ashton Kutcher 饰），两人一见钟情。他们相约在酒吧共进晚饭，可是恰好简的怙恃途经。简为了躲避他们的眼光，情急之下编造了一个关于父亲的丑事，并不竭圆谎。但随着她和斯宾塞感情加温，她还是对他袒露了真相。而斯宾塞却隐瞒了自己是杀手的究竟。原本，斯宾塞要金盆洗手，可是最初一个使命，居然就是对于简的父亲，自己未来的岳父。这令斯宾塞进退维谷。与此同时，在这对胶漆相投的情人四周，忽然冒出了很多杀手，其中有喝得酩酊酣醉的酒鬼，身段惹火的性感女郎，甚至邻人社区的小夫妻，纷纷对他动手……
