　　俗话有云：最毒妇民气。获咎女友的结果经常会很是严重，更况且片中不幸的马特（卢克·威尔逊 Luke Wilson饰）冒犯的是超人女朋友。实在，马特和女超人珍妮（乌玛·瑟曼 Uma Thurman饰）的恋爱故事也起头得算是浪漫，可是马特却渐渐发现这个新女友的的超人脸孔。她爱闹脾性，占有欲强，霸气实足，让马特望而生畏。马特果断的和珍妮分了手。原本马特以为可以喘口气了，却不意他的“灾难”才刚刚起头。
　　珍妮凭仗着自己的超才能，随时随地让马特栽进大坑。她想方想法让马特得不到一刻安宁，总是在生活和工作中频频出丑。更糟糕的是，马特正在抽芽的新豪情也泡了汤，他尝到了获咎女超人的结果：丢了工作，也没法一般的生活。马特该若何整理这个烂摊子，让珍妮手下包涵……
