　　ネットアイドルの稲見千恵がメインレポーターを務めるインターネット番組「怪怪ちゃんねる」。視聴者から投稿された心霊現象を検証していく番組なのだが、ほとんどはやらせ。番組プロデューサー以下、スタッフでネタをねつ造する日々。 ある日番組宛に、捕まった者は死ぬまで引きずられるという"ヒキコさん"に関する情報が入る。さっそく目撃場所へ向かうスタッフ。いつものように軽い気持ちで取材を行う一同だったが、ある殺人事务をきっかけに謎の怪奇現象が続発。これ以上"ヒキコさん"に関わるのはやめようと主張する千恵を尻目に、プロデューサーはさらなるアクセス数上昇を目論み取材を続行。そして１人、また１人と殺されていく…。
